Bookings & Cancellation Policy

  • All bookings are made through a third-party bookings service provider. A valid credit or debit card is required when making your appointment to secure the time and date. You do not have to pay anything in advance when you make bookings.
  • 24-hours notice is required to cancel or amend an appointment.
  • For cancellation and reschedule please inform us 24 hours in advance for free of charge. Otherwise you will be charged 30% of service price for Late Cancellation/ Reschedule and 50% for No Show.

  • The charge will be made automatically, without notification. Please note for all bookings made, this applies automatically in the event you do not show for the appointment.
  • Group Booking
    At The South East, any group booking of 4 people or more will get a welcome gift. Drinks and beverages are our compliments. 10% discounts available for group booking. Enjoy an amazing time together with friends and family by indulging in manicure and pedicure spa are the best moment we can have in life, because as we know, time is precious, spend it wisely
  • Take Your Time
    We ask you to arrive in plenty of time before your appointment is due to begin. This is the perfect opportunity to browse our color bar with a hot beverage before your treatment begins. Arriving late may result in a reduction in your treatment. We can not guarantee to perform the full treatment in this occasion due to timing constraints we may have on the day

Gift Vouchers

  • The South East Spa gift vouchers do not expire and remain valid from the date of issue until the final balance is used.
  •  Gift vouchers must be presented at time of payment, gift voucher numbers or photographs of gift vouchers are not valid
  • All Gift vouchers  are Non Refundable and can not be exchanged for cash.
  • Gift vouchers that are lost or stolen cannot be replaced or cancelled, once the voucher has been purchased, it becomes the responsibility of the person who purchased it.
